ISSUE
[AutoConfig Error Report]

Solution:
copy the adcrdb.sh file ($ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/template) from
Source to target ($ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/template) then
re-run the adcfgclone.pl dbTier again.
